Description
Guests of A Time to Lime may enjoy the covered downstairs area, pull out the charcoal grill to the specially built grill pad in the ground - out from underneath the home - the views of the beach are spectacular. Guests who choose A Time to Lime will be pleased with the up-to-date accommodations, exceptional views and most importantly, BEACH ACCESS. All you have to do is cross over the sand dune walk-over, then only steps to the water.
Guests will walk upstairs to the lovely 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home. The Primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, en suite bath with step-in shower, the second bedroom has a king bed and TV and shares the second bathroom with the other bedroom and general use. The third bedroom ""Mermaid Room"" is designed with children in mind. One twin over full bunk and another twin over twin bunk for total sleeping capacity of 5 in the third bedroom. This home also provides a pack & play crib, but guest must provide their own linens.
This property is pet friendly. One dog is allowed with a fee paid at the time of booking. The entire yard is fenced for the safety of your pets and children.

Miramar Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 17 miles from town, West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside of the fenced in yard, dogs must be leashed at all times, and guests are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.
We love traveling with our dog as much as you. To keep Time to Lime a pet friendly rental, please follow our rule. Only one dog is permitted with a pet cleaning fee paid at the time of booking. If the pet cleaning fee is not paid at the time of booking and a dog(s) is discovered on the property, then the pet fee will double per dog and/or eviction will occur. Please help us avoid any type of penalty by following the one dog prepay rule described above. We want all of our guests including your fur-baby to enjoy a Time to Lime. The entire backyard is fenced for the safety of your pet and children.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The house itself was in outstanding condition (looked recently remodeled) and very well equipped (towels, linens, cutlery, pots & pans, appliances, etc.). Fantastic location on the island\'s west end with views of the Gulf from the family room and from a very nice deck with comfortable chairs. There was easy & direct access to the beach. Our group of 4 people only had a couple of minor suggestions: 1. There are 2 tables for eating - a small/round white plastic table & chairs next to the kitchen and a larger wooden table & chairs next to the family room. The plastic table was a bit unsteady and the chairs not that comfortable so we did not use it but once. The wooden table was nice and large but the wooden chairs could use some better cushioning (bottom and back). 2. There are 2 king size beds. Each bed had a very soft/thick foam topper. Mattress firmness is obviously very subjective, but the consensus with our group is that the toppers were way too soft. Buying a higher quality latex topper that provides a little more support would probably get them to a middle ground (not too soft, not too firm).
