The living/dining/kitchen area is an open concept where guests may enjoy the vast water views and while away the hours while watching the large 55"" TV. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa. The full kitchen in Sea La Vie offers both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot (bring your own k-cups). Every possible thing a guest could use is available for cooking and serving in this fully outfitted property. You won't ever want to leave!
By The Sea 907 - Sea La Vie has a primary bedroom to the left as guests enter the front door of the property. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, television and en suite bath with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is located on the ""Gulf side"" of the condo and has the lightest and brightest windows of the property. This second bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen smart TV.

By the Sea is a highrise condominium complex, offers a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use, and is across the street from Babe’s Beach and the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard. Babe’s Beach, complete with lifeguards and chair and umbrella rentals, is directly across the street! Babe’s Beach is named after A.R. “Babe” Schwartz. As a state senator, Babe championed open beaches and environmental stewardship. Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach, and or those who love saltwater fishing, head over to the longest fishing pier in Texas, Galveston Fishing Pier – open 24 hours a day. Guests could easily park their vehicle upon arrival and never drive again until check-out.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Ryson was responsive. When our room access code didn’t work they immediately offered another emergency code. I just think the cleaning service and some immenities in the condo could use some updating. If that was fixed I would stay there again. I don’t like to complain or nitpick vacay units- I have rented many- Its just that they are charging exorbitant amounts for cleaning and then the floors are filthy? come on.

Good location. The facility and condo was old but well maintained and clean. I would have given an excellent rating except that several things in the confo worked - sorta. Example, the kitchen sink faucett leaked water and sprayed out if any pressure was placed on it. Both bath\'s shower had the mechanism removed allowing a bath to be taken instead. The thermostat reverted to 72 degrees and the ac fan in takeoff mode about every 45 minutes, requiring us to constantly fight with it. And a few other annotances. And we did try to tell you about it but the lady we needed to talk with wasn\'t available and never called back. Overall it was convniently located and clean so it was good.
