No FREE Parking as listed in amenities. I'm hoping Ryson Rentals updates this listing instead of putting in that it's $40 to park in the gated condo community in the long description that requires you to read more. That's my biggest complaint was the listing saying free parking, but then I had to pay. Other than that, the condo was wonderful for my family of 4 with 2 young children. It's located right across the street from beach access and since I went in April, there weren't other people in the condos so it was very quiet. Inside the condo, it had the perfect amenities and enough space for us to sprawl out and sleep at night. There's some issues with draining in the master shower, so don't take longer than a 5 minute shower or you'll flood! The kitchen was well-equipped, but the ice machine doesn't work so just make sure the fridge is fully closed after you try to use it. In conclusion, Ryson was responsive and refunded me $40 for the parking and apologized.

Loved that we were able to plan a last minute family vacation! This place is right on the sea wall and close to everything; very spacious and accommodating, it fit 3 adults and 2 teenage boys nicely! WILL definitely be coming back!
