Description
Better Together is the perfect getaway for your reunion, retreat or restful vacation! Better Together is a newly constructed 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home located on the far west side of Galveston Island, with equally magnificent beach and bay views.
There is plenty of room for you and your guests at Better Together, both inside and outside. You’ll hear the coastal birds make their way across this narrow point of Galveston Island from the beach to bayside and back again.
The main floor houses the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This open concept makes it a roomy and comfortable space for your family and friends. The beamed ceiling allows for beautiful views of the Gulf. The kitchen and dining room hosts multiple people and has plenty of room.
The main floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed, sleeps 2, and an en suite bathroom. The first floor hosts four bedrooms, one a secondary primary bedroom with a king bed and twin size trundle bed, sleeping 4, and an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, sleeping 2 in each. And the last bedroom has two queen-sized beds, sleeping 4 in the room.
All of the deck chairs and tables provide a comfortable place to watch as the sun sets over western Galveston Bay. The home features an outdoor shower to wash off your day in the sand and a charcoal grill for your night with family and friends.

Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

After a busy Christmas, going to Better Together beach house was very welcomed and appreciated. We can do as much as we want in Galveston and at the beach or as little as we want, which is much of what we did. Relaxing on one of the decks with an ocean view, watching movies, doing puzzles, walking on the beach was just what we needed. Better Together is spacious, well stocked and comfortable. A favorite.

We loved our stay at Better Together! The house was beautiful and very clean. Loved the location and the kitchen had everything we needed in it. 😠we have a big family including 5 babies and it was plenty of room. Only down fall was that there was so many stairs that scared us with the babies. But he figured it out so I would recommend bringing a few baby gates if you have young kids!wish there would've been another way to get out of the house other than the stairs going into the garage. But overall our trip was great and we loved it!!

We booked Better Together for a getaway with our children, their spouses, and the grandchildren. It was the perfect place for our family of 12! Plenty of bedrooms, and the large kitchen table accommodated all at meal times. The neighborhood was so quiet and the views were lovely. Proximity to the beach made it a breeze to spend a few hours then return quickly for naptime. We will definitely do this again. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Wonderful beach vacation rental property. We had a family reunion of 3 couples and kids and 2 grandparents. Everything was comfortable. The A/C kept it cool, plenty of beds for everyone,and lovely interior design. Kids could ride bikes without a lot of traffic. Really nice community pool. Will definitely stay here again.
