An Oceanfront Experience is in Galveston’s Bermuda Beach neighborhood, one of the area’s many great beach neighborhoods on the west end. At Bermuda Beach, all the vacation homes are just steps away from the Gulf and have spectacular views. This beachfront community is very popular with vacationers due to its laid-back but energetic vibe and proximity to restaurants, shopping hotspots, Moody Gardens and Pleasure Pier.
This industrial chic home with windows across the front is a four-bedroom, four and a half bath vacation rental home. The high ceilings, expansive windows, cool tile floors, concrete walls and spacious living areas create a sense of the outdoors coming inside. Step inside the living room to find plenty of seating for everyone along with a cozy fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The large dining table for 10 is ideal for family-sized meals. The dining room comes with an outstanding view of the beach. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar. For the ultimate in relaxation, take a drink outside to the expansive balcony and breathe in that fresh salt air as you listen to the waves gently roll onto the sand.
In addition to a panoramic view of the beach, the modern kitchen looks out onto the living and dining areas and comes with plenty of granite counterspace to prepare and serve meals. The fresh, white cabinets are stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you will need for your family. A triple sink, coffeemaker and toaster oven are also available.
On this main level you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds. The primary bedroom also has a TV, fireplace with seating area, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and separate soaking tub and step-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with step-in shower.
On the second level, you will find the third bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is ideal for the kids with a twin over twin bunkbed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bath with soaking tub surrounded by teak wood and a single vanity.
An Oceanfront Experience offers indoor and outdoor living at its best. Step up to the third level where you’ll find a sun deck, crow’s nest and tiki bar. Spend early mornings watching the shrimp boats go out past the second sand bar to catch their maximum haul. Shorebirds such as sandpipers, seagulls and brown pelicans scuttle across the shoreline or fly overhead. The tiki bar is the perfect place to serve drinks or snacks with an outstanding view of the Gulf.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

There are no dressers for clothes in any of the bedrooms and no closet in the master bedroom. Some of the outside doors cannot be locked. Ice machine not working, one large front windows had a major crack, windows of master bedroom had shutters down as the outside door would not lock and possibly protect from rain which did leak through another front window that caused flooding in the master bedroom and bath. On a positive note the view from the front living area was magnificent. Living room furniture was very saggy fro use.

The stairs are treacherous for children and elderly guests. No outside shower. Two broken places in the railing—one on the second floor and one outside on the deck area.

Poor water pressure, old/poor appliances, lights not working, and during big storm, roof leaked and soaked our kids bed.
I'm so sorry to hear about the leak during the storm, Kim! And I can assure future guests that the leak has been repaired. Additionally, we'll continue to update my home, with increased water pressure being the first project on the list.
