The Emerald 1111 offers the most spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and Stewart Beach.  This 11th floor condo near the elevator in the luxurious Emerald By the Sea has been recently updated by the new owners.  The property will be ready for rent in January 2017 after all of the improvements are complete! This is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.  Owner will consider monthly rentals in the off season, please ask your vacation planner for details.

Luxurious high rise building at the East end of Seawall Boulevard, one of the finest places to stay on Galveston Island. Weekend, weekly and monthly rates available (off season). Relax in this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a very large balcony that spans both the living area and master bedroom.  This special unit features 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans in bedrooms, new flooring in bedrooms and fresh paint throughout the condominium.  Located at 500 Seawall Boulevard (at the intersection of Broadway and Seawall) across from world famous Stewart Beach!  Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, UTMB and two miles to The Historic Strand District.

Primary bedroom features queen bed and walk out to balcony, second bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a twin over twin trundle bed, living area features a queen sleeper sofa for a total of 8 adults. The modern kitchen is full size with updated appliances and all of the utensils and cooking implements needed for either a full meal or an evening snack. The stackable washer/dryer are located in the large walk in closet in the kitchen. Enjoy dining on the balcony off of the living area or eat at the kitchen peninsula bar stools.

For Beach Fun:  Stewart Beach is Galveston's family friendly go-to beach.  With sponsored sports like volleyball tournaments during peak season, you can be sure that there is always something going on - even for those ""fish out of water"". The sun sensitive can rent umbrellas and chairs from our Gulf Coast Concierge (ask your vacation planner).  Shower off at Stewart Beach before heading back to your unit at The Emerald by the Sea.

For Pool Fun: Emerald by the Sea Galveston features a gorgeous pool on the 6th floor of the building. The Emerald also features a work out room, movie room and wine tasting room.  Garage parking for guests' convenience. No pets allowed at The Emerald.

Emerald by the Sea is a 14-story resort community, located directly on Seawall at Broadway, in the heart of the East End of Galveston Island, and offers breathtaking panoramic Gulf views and jaw-dropping sunsets. Most homes at the Emerald offer private Gulf-facing balconies, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The sliding doors don't lock but still secure. Not a big as we expected and living room furniture need updating to match. Had a glass patio table in living room. Had bamboo folding chairs in corner and a fishing rod???

Very nice condo with a great view. The owner was wonderful when we had a problem with maintenance just walking in & trying to work on our patio during our stay due to a miscommunication. Very roomy! Main bed is a little noisy, but we loved it & would definately return!!

We booked 2 Rooms. Room 1111 was great for my guests no complaints there but room number 712 well 2 out of 3 things were manageable. 1.The lighting in the pool area keeps the master bedroom lit up all night. 2.Ants everywhere even in the master bed, But the absolute worst was 3. The unbelievable thumping noise from the pipes? in the walls? is absolutely terrible!!!!! Sometimes it’s faster than it slowly gets worse and louder!!! Allllll night long!!
