Dock Holiday

Dock Holiday is a charming two-bedroom, one-bath canal front home nestled in the heart of Jamaica Beach and features an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, a large boathouse upper deck and a screened porch.

The kitchen offers a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and all dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils for up to 6 guests.

The ground-level area of this home is perfectly suited for those who enjoy fishing, boating, paddleboard, tube floating on the canal waters.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has 1 twin bunk (sleeps 2) and 1 set of full/full bunk (sleeps 4, top bunks accommodate a maximum weight of 100#). The bathroom is a shared bath with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. Dock Holiday may accommodate up to 6 guests.

JAMAICA BEACH
Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has it’s own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
