Maravilla 222 - Mar y Sol is a charming one-bedroom, a one-bath condominium that will accommodate 4 guests.
The living/dining/kitchen area has been updated with modern furnishings. The pub-style dining table sits at the large sliding glass door where guests can also enjoy the views of the beach (even on rainy days). The large bar area (with 4 stools) separates the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, Keurig coffee pot (bring your own K-Cups), 12 cup coffee maker, slow cooker, George Foreman grill, bake a cake while you are on vacation!
The unit has a king bed in the primary bedroom, television and ceiling fan. The hallway alcove offers a full-size set of full-size twin bunks so this unit can accommodate a family of 4.
The bath features a step-in shower with a grab bar for ease in use (no tub).
MARAVILLA RESORT
Maravilla Resort amenities include 3 pools (1 is heated in the winter months), hot tub, fitness center, covered parking, coin-operated laundry is located on every floor, grills, lounge chairs, cabanas, twister, volleyball, corn-hole, hopscotch, ping pong and pool floats. Maravilla Resort condos make the most of the views - all units offer a private balcony and many offer Gulf Views or pool-side units offer courtyard views. Guests will love to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead. Maravilla Resort is located directly on Seawall, half a mile past 89th Street, towards the West End of the island, just before the Seawall, the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, ends, and that is just the beginning all the excitement near this family-friendly complex.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Marvilla guests have two unassigned, covered parking spots per unit. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Most HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Needed more supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc) and couldn't access the balcony, but we enjoyed our stay. Our family of 5 has enough room for sleeping w a Queen, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Pool was awesome! Would recommend.
