Victorian 6202-Seaside Charm is just as it is named - quaint and cozy. This condo has a charming kitchenette with a two-burner stove-top (no oven), dishwasher, full-size frig and seating area where guests may prepare and enjoy small meals. The property was designed to accommodate those who would like to enjoy their morning coffee from the balcony, watching as the newly restored 'Babe's Beach' comes to life in the morning. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and built into the alcove of the hallway is the twin bunk area. They are full-size twin beds - not juniors! Ideally, The Victorian 6202-Seaside Charm will be suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.
THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

We arrived at 2:39. Because Ryson had to send us the code to get the keys we drove around. At at 2:48 we received email. First I think this is ridiculous. Maybe I\'m just old but other properties I have rented were I deal with a person not email was more accommodating. Then when I checked in at the office they gave us these paper like wrist bands and said we had to were them the whole time and if we lost one or had to get a new one it cost $5.00. Nickle and dime people. There was a guard at the pool checking all the bands. It was not a pleasurable stay. We did not spend very much time in the room so that helped. I will not stay on a property managed by Ryson.

The condo is nice and updated. A little smaller than I had imagined but for a family of 4 it is just fine. With 2 bunk beds no need to turn the couch into a bed for the kids. Both pools were nice. View of one of the pools and beach was right off the balcony. An off-duty police officer kept the place secure. The best part though was the location. The beach was literally a short walk across the street with a controlled crosswalk. The beach is nice, no need to go to any other beach. And if you need anything, Wal-Mart is across the street and easily within walking distance. Papa John\'s pizza and Sonic are right there as well. Definitely a recommended place.
