The large, open concept living/dining/kitchen area has been recently updated with all fresh paint, crown molding and some new furnishings. The kitchen area is very well appointed with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and every cooking utensil imaginable, pots, pans, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, griddle, waffle machine, rice cooker, ice maker, and wine fridge. The living area has a large seating area, 48"" Smart TV with a digital antenna. Every bedroom in this house has its own television!
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary (master) bedroom is located upstairs has a king-size bed, TV, en suite bath with a separated jetted tub, shower, towel warmer, and a private balcony (room sleeps 2). The second bedroom on the main level has a king bed, TV, has a semi en suite bath with a tub/shower combo (room sleeps 2). The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a Queen size bed, TV (room sleeps 6.) The 3rd-floor loft sleeping area is counted as the 4th bedroom and offers two twin over full bunks, TV (room sleeps 6).
Please bring Nespresso or Keurig pods for your stay.

Half Moon Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 19 miles from town, between West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This house is everything it advertises to be. Spotless, huge rooms, equipped kitchen and loveley. lovely bedrooms rooms. The management company was respnseive and accomodating.

Great beach house, very spacious, walk over to the beach. Pros: Right on the beach, nice beach views from almost every bedroom. Cons: Walk over to beach needs cleaned up & broken wood pallet needs replaced. Worst part of our vacation...no hot water, never got hot water in the kitchen. Had to run the faucet water to just get some hot water in the showers. Overall, would rent this house again.

Place was perfect for our group... Very clean and ready to go as soon as we walked in! Suggestions: 1. Needs a new grill. Possibly a propane which should be provided. (Bringing everything from home is a chore) 2. Pictured firepit was not available. Brought wood, but couldnt use. 3. Fix/extend the boardwalk. Beach was not accessible. 4. Our group was there to fish. Sports guys could not watch the NFL Network. Possibly extend your cable package. 5. Too many remotes. Either consolidate or label and provide written instructions.
