The patio at Turtle Reef has chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching as shrimp boats go out past the second sand bar for the morning catch.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The primary bedroom has a king-size bed (the king bed is two twins combined) and a very large walk-in closet. The closet has a twin bed-available to be used by guests, but not part of the headcount. If you like pull the twin bed to the living area or the large primary bedroom. The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay $37.89 per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.
