This end unit at Islander East has two balconies! One in the living room on the Beachside of the building and one in the primary bedroom on the bayside of the building - windows looking toward the east and two balconies! Lots of light in this gorgeous unit! Guests will enjoy watching as all manner of vessel glides into and out of the Port of Galveston including cruise ships, shrimping vessels, and cargo ships of every variety. Sit on the balcony and watch as the morning sun rises with a beverage of your choice.
The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, 50'' Smart TV with cable access and upgraded furnishings for that luxury feel to this nautical design, with polished concrete floors.
A full kitchen features everything a guest may need to prepare meals and serve at the dining table and chairs. This kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, vent hood and oven, coffee pot and any pots and pans, dishes and utensils for meal preparation.
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, 32'' Smart TV (no cable on the bedroom TV, guests can login to their own streaming services) and a separate bayside balcony.
This property also has a stackable washer/dryer for guest use.
ISLANDER EAST RESORT
The Islander East Resort is a classic East Beach property - some say the prettiest beaches in Galveston. Easy walkover directly in front of this building for access to the beach! Guests will have direct access to the beach from this resort, where the beach is groomed, a large swimming pool, and a tennis court for guest use. The property is close to all that Galveston has to offer including the Downtown Strand District, close to the Port of Galveston, restaurants, shopping, bicycling, this will be the place where your family will make fantastic memories!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

My wife and I enjoyed a week in this beautiful condo to enjoy the Harvest Moon Regatta. We were able to watch the graceful sailing vessels from the beach side balcony, the cargo ships in the ship channelfrom the side windows and the Galveston skyline from bayside balcony. This east beach location has to be the best on the island. This was our 3rd stay in this condo and we are looking forward to the next one.

This was my third time to stay at Beachfront Sailaway and I\'m looking forward to my next time. The condo has great views of the beach, the bay and the ship channel. It is bright, spacious and well equipped. The location on the east beach is the best. It is easy to access without crossing a road. I recommend this unit if you want to best enjoy your Galveston vacation.

This was a perfect condo to relax by the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to fix a proper meal. The first 4 days it rained so we did eat a few meals at the condo. The only suggestions I have are to have a few games available for those rainy days and a cooler to take to the bgg each. We ended up purchasing our own cooler. Also a beach umbrella would be a great option. We rented a tent one day to get out of the sun a bit as there is no shade on the beach. The pool was wonderful as we were able to move to the shade and get out of the sun. All in all a wonder unit so thankful we had the corner unit especially for the rainy days gave us a different view.
