Location was great and the house was nice. The only issue was the WiFi was a hotspot that didn’t really have good service so we never watched the TV. The only other thing we would change is to have curtains or blinds for the windows.

The house was great and was walking distance to the beach. We loved everything about it except we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor fire pit or grill or sit outside without being attacked by a huge amount of misquotes.

The location, cleanliness , new and renovation of the house are the advances. Refer to others? It is depended how the owner take responsibility about our wifi problem and no windows curtains

Ryson was very responsive and helpful prior and throughout our trip. The location of the house is great, and very convenient walk to a much less crowded section of the beach. The beds were comfortable, although the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were a bit unstable. The lack of window coverings in the bedrooms makes privacy (even changing) and sleeping in a real challenge. Hopefully the issue with the ants will be addressed quickly.

The house is great and clean. The bedrooms were nice. Kids loved the bunkroom. There are no blinds on any windows so we improvised some shades where needed. The living/dining/kitchen area was nice and open. The balconies were great. The location is a big positive - short walk to the beach and short drive to the seawall and strand. The house advertises a grill on site. There was no grill. I asked ahead of time what kind of grill they had and was told directly, "it is a charcoal grill, I am responsible for providing the charcoal." We had plans to grill and came ready with all the food and supplies we needed. I reached out within the hour we arrived that the grill was not there. I received messages back saying it would be looked into it and that a grill would be provided. The following day, I reached out again via the message center, text and call, they said they would have somebody out to assess the issue, nobody came. A grill never came. Also, there was no wifi. The network I was told to connect to and provided a password for did not exist. Again, I reached out multiple times. I received no additional communication.
