All of the bedrooms feature private beachfront balconies with contemporary design elements that blend ever-so-smoothly with eye-catching beach décor. Many furniture pieces were designed and handcrafted to match the contemporary industrial theme. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level features a king-sized bed and 2 twin folding chairs (junior size twin, designed for children), with all of the elements of comfort and style, and the additional space showcases a perfect cutout for office work (if you must). The primary bedroom also has a television and an en-suite bath featuring both a step-in shower and a separate jetted soaking tub. There are two guest bedrooms. Guest Bedroom one is located on the main level and features both a queen bed and a full-size bed (room sleeps 4). The second guest bedroom is located on the upper level and has queen-sized beds and a spectacular coastal view. Both of the secondary bedrooms have en suite baths with step-in showers. All bathrooms showcase upscale design elements with walk-in showers. Additional sleeping accommodations are a full-size futon in the living area and two twin sleeping chairs (as described in the primary bedroom).
Villa Seamone is outfitted with electronics featuring Smart TVs with Bose Surround Sound, and there are three televisions throughout the home. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious with full views of the Gulf. The addition of imported Italian lighting throughout this exquisite domain is chic and stylish and gives the Villa Seamone her unusual appeal. Knotted pine floors throughout are both durable and beautiful and add just the right touch of industrial flair. The comfortable and newly remodeled living area is open and large enough for a full-on dance contest for the family. The ceiling - 25' high with a distinct, industrial look, showcases the living area with a true 'WOW' factor. Finally, the most exceptional feature about Villa Seamone is the living room's floor-to-ceiling glass windows that exhibit a grand canvas of rolling Gulf waves right before your eyes. Tranquil, mesmerizing and breathtaking - all at once.

Sandhill Shores is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 15 miles from town, West of Jamaica Beach and East of Sea Isle.

This home is pet-friendly. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This is a pretty cabin but it has more than wear to it in person than it appears in pictures. It was superficially clean - it needs a true deep clean and touch up. Several light bulbs were out, return air vents dirty. 1. The locks on the doors were very difficult and tricky - this could use an upgrade. 2. The Nest thermostats were a nightmare. We could NOT regulate the temperature. We would set it on something and an hour later it would change itself to something different. We fought with the temperature the entire trip. We tried to look at youtube videos and to see if there was a schedule set on the thermostat and nothing would keep it from changing. 3. There is not enough hot water for the cabin. If one person took a hot shower that was it. 4. The beach access is great! The neighborhood is good. Be mindful that you will hear street noise. It sits right on the main highway - that didn’t bother us as we sleep with sound machines. 5. The beach is private so you cannot drive a golf cart on this beach. It’s a short walk on a private bridge but good to know so you don’t waste money on a cart rental.
