If a quiet, sophisticated environment is what you like in a vacation, The Galvestonian is the place for you and your guests. This condominium is located on the 10th floor of a high-rise building situated where you will have the first view of the sunrise each morning.
The living room has a large flat screen tv, sleeper sofa, and ample furniture if you choose to sit and watch as the shrimp boats go out for their morning haul or you prefer to watch the star-studded cruise lines make their way out of the Port of Galveston - there is something for everyone who loves the sea!
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en suite bath with shower, ceiling fan and television (don't forget the primary has a balcony). The second bedroom has two twin beds. The two bedrooms and two full baths will accommodate up to 6 guests.
THE GALVESTONIAN RESORT
The Galvestonian is located on East Beach, some say the prettiest beaches in Galveston, is family-friendly and offers a year-round heated pool, pool towels, a fitness center, beach volleyball, 2 tennis courts, vending machines and coin-operated laundry. Guests may rent umbrellas and chairs from the front desk, and beach wagons are free but are on a first-come, first-served basis. The Galvestonian is close to all of the activities that Galveston has to offer, including the Downtown Strand District, close to the Port of Galveston, restaurants, shopping, bicycling and so much more that the island has to offer!

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
There is a vending area in the common area and a washer/dryer that is coin operated available in the common area.
The Galvestonian has zero-tolerance for smoking - smoking is not permitted inside the vacation renta, nor outside the property. This including private balconies, decks and patios. If there is evidence of smoking at the Galvestonian, guests will be charged.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

I rented this 2 bedroom 2 bath 10th floor condo for my wife\'s birthday/Valentine\'s Day celebration. We were impressed from the beginning with the courteous reception we received at the front desk, then with the facility itself and finally with the amazing view from our condo. With no vehicles allowed on the adjoining beach it was a pleasure to stroll along the surf. The Galvestonian\'s location is ideal for those who want easy access to restaurants and shops but without the Seawall traffic. We give the Galvestonian and Ryson an excellent rating.

We vacation in Galveston several times a year. We noted some special touches this time. Provided supplies were more generous than we have found in other vacation rentals. We appreciate a well-run management system....Thank you! Will watch for your properties each time we come down....Since we were Galveston owners in the past we understand.

We loved the condo but….Clean, great view, Grounds pool and lobby excellent as always. It's so sad that Ryson doesn't seem listen to to complaints in reviews though. Several people warned of the guest bath stall being so slick. My wife said she felt like she was standing on an oiled surface and carefully got out. We didn't use that shower again. Y'all need to do something about that before someone gets hurt! There were appliqués on the master tub floor. Do the same for the guest bath.
