This home offers luxury upgrades including Bluetooth surround system, free wifi, and cable, Tvs have the streaming capability (need your login/password), electric fireplace, work station with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse with a roomy desk and comfortable office chair, 2 Pack & Plays, garage parking for 2 vehicles.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and ceiling fan along with an en suite bath with a separate soaking tub and step-in shower, dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a television. The third bedroom is a bunk room outfitted with two sets of twin bunks (room sleeps 4) and the fourth sleeping area is in the third-floor loft with a queen-size bed and walk-out balcony with beach views!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards, or dunes. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The condo was wonderful!! It was very close to the beach and had great views. It was perfectly appointed for our entire party. There was Plenty of beach gear with chairs, toys, wagons, beach towels etc. The house was also full of goodies with games, snacks, lots of baby gear, etc. I would highly recommend to everyone!! The location was also great for us. It was a more secluded beach, which was nice for our family.

The condo was beautiful; however, it was disappointing that the elevator did not work. Two people in the party are handicapped and we were expecting to use the elevator.

The advertised elevator is no longer in service and the stairs are many and steep. Unloading groceries and luggage is tricky and takes numerous trips if a long stay with lots of stuff is planned. Advertisement includes elevator which should be corrected. Make sure there are non-slip mats available in master shower and bathtub and 2nd bathtub. Ongoing construction of new beach house directly across the street is likely for at least another year. 2 bedrooms directly face the construction site and noise can be heard throughout the house. No rest time for younger children or anyone on that side is probable as it starts at 8 am and is continuous through 4 pm. Worker vehicles do create challenges in parking, but workers are very kind and make room without complaint or being asked. We love this condo, very high end and comfortable, beautiful views and great beach access, as well as access to Strand and harborside activities. Will definitely book again, even with the challenges of this stay.

We had an amazing time at your beautiful beach home! Everything was wonderful and a lot of detail and thought was put into amenities. From the well stocked kitchen to the wagons in the garage to take items over to the beach for the day. The views from the deck are incredible! And such a short walk to the beach! We will definitely be visiting Galveston again and will choose your beach side home to stay in again!
