This portion of the beach is not crowded. It’s an easy walk from the house or easy parking at the end of the street. There are a lot more kitchen appliances than advertised (so you don’t have to pack yours for use). There are some spices available (but we thought we had to bring everything). There was extra toilet paper. But, only one roll of paper towels, and only one trash bag. No dishwasher soap even though they require you to run the dishwasher before you leave. That’s really unacceptable. We also brought our own bath soap. The propane grill was a nice surprise. It’s advertised as charcoal. The thermostat setting was a little tricky to regulate. The third floor was too cold one night and too warm another night. The second floor was cold. The first floor was warm in the kitchen, and cold in the tv area. But that’s probably due to the placement of the thermostat and nothing they can do about that. The steps up to the third floor were very steep. The outdoor shower was handy for getting the sand off. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and an umbrella if we hadn’t brought our own. You never know what you’re going to get when you rent, but this one is a winner.
