We were staying as Hurricane Beryl hit Galveston. I wasn't impressed with the communication as the storm hit because they simply did not check up on us and were a bit delayed in response as I reach out for a refund. But to their credit they did refund 2 days that I requested since there was no power. I was pleased with that result.
