The Emerald offers so many amenities, you may never need to leave; including a 6th floor terrace with a 166′ heated infinity rooftop pool, outdoor grill and plenty of lounge seating. Pool times are 10 a.m. – 10:30 pm. No one under the age of 14 is allowed without an adult.

Indoor Fun

The Emerald offers a fitness center, game room, movie theater, wine room for private parties, several lounge areas and a parking garage. The gym is available Friday – Sunday for those aged 21 and older.

Things To Do Near Emerald By The Sea

Emerald By The Sea is conveniently located across the street from world-famous, family-friendly, Stewart Beach. Stewart Beach has onsite lifeguards during peak season, offers pavilions, chair, umbrella and beach wheelchair rentals, restrooms, showers, a playground, concessions, gift shop.

Guests are able to park on the 2nd – 5th floors covered parking garage in the general parking area on a first-come, first-serve basis. The secured side of the garage is reserved for owners. Both sections are monitored by security.


Sorry, no pets are allowed at The Emerald.


Trailers (enclosed and open) are not allowed to park in the garage at the Emerald garage. Trailers may be parked on Ball street.
